CAN I ALSO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM YOU?
No, Game Outlet Europe is a distribution company and do not offer any end-consumer service.
Q: HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE WEBSHOP?
A: If you're a registered customer, just ask your sales person for an account. If you are not yet a customer, you will need to fill out the Account Application (xls) first.
Q: WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT TERMS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer 30 days net to customers approved by Euler Hermes. Customers not rated with Euler Hermes, are still welcome to purchase stock from us, but at a payment in advance-basis.
Q: HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?
We have accounts with most major forwarders, like UPS, TNT, FedEx and DHL. We offer highly competitive rates which are added to the invoice, or we can ship using your account upon request. |
